Here’s How it Works
Drop off your child at Summer Academy at 9:00 am. The teacher will pick up enrolled campers at dismissal at 11:30 am and bring them back to a classroom or outdoors where they will eat a packed lunch and then get ready to have fun! You’ll pick up your child at 2:30 pm. It’s the best of both worlds… Valuable learning time in the morning–and fun with friends after!
Pick and choose the weeks you like…or register for them all! Each week offers a unique theme! Hurry—Space is limited!

Volunteer Policy
Due to demand for community service, HACEF is encouraging students to limit the amount of camps they volunteer for to 3 per summer. Please be aware that if there is a higher than expected demand for volunteer spots, HACEF reserves the right to limit a student to 3 if needed.
We reserve the right to switch a volunteer if there is an age incompatibility*
We ask that students please volunteer for camps where they are at least 2 years older than the oldest camp registrant. (For example, a student entering 7th grade may volunteer for a camp for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd graders but not for a camp that is open to grade 6; a 10th, 11th or 12th grader can register as a volunteer for any camp they wish). If you have any questions, please email us at harborfieldshacef@gmail.comFriends of HACEF Levels
